All Inclusive Caribbean Wedding GroupsYou have two basic ways to plan your group Caribbean Wedding. The first way, most of our clients choose, is the easy way. Pick a resort and date for your special day. Let your friends and family know when and where and give them our contact information. Friends and family can then contact us and arrange their travel. The big advantage of booking your group this way is the ease. The drawbacks are (1) availability of rooms can disappear (2) rates can go up and (3) you may lose some extra amenities that the resort provides to groups under contract. The second way requires more time and effort. Pick a resort and a date. Let us know how many rooms you need. Let us know how many people will be attending. Let us know how everyone will room together, i.e., 6 rooms with 2 adults, 1 room with 2 adults - 1 six year old - 1 eight year old, 3 rooms with 1 adult, and 4 rooms with 3 adults, etc. This second way to book your all inclusive group wedding also requires you to put down an initial deposit, which is usually 10% of the total group package. The benefits of securing a group contract are (1) confirmed space, resort won't be sold out for your guests (2) confirmed rate, rate won't go up (3) extra amenities or free nights are usually offered by the resort. The first question most brides and grooms ask is “how much money will I save?” When it comes to booking travel, a simple yes or no answer is rare. In most cases, group rates are very similar to individual rates. Most of the time groups do not save money on the actual room rates or air rates, but the resorts will offer amenities that you would normally have to pay for. To give you a perfect example, let’s look at group benefits below for Sandals Resorts, Beaches Resorts, and Palace Resorts.
Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts Group Wedding Benefits (way 1, the “easy way”): If you choose to go this way, just book yourself and we'll take care of your friends and family and keep you updated as guests confirm their travel reservations. 5 to 9 rooms:
10 rooms or more:
Room count includes the Bride and Groom. Stays must be for at least 3 nights. The reception is valued at $15 per person. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Rehearsal dinner cannot be scheduled on the day of the wedding. There is a per person surcharge for guests booked outside the room block to attend the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. Make sure your guests book with your group code, so they qualify for the free rehearsal dinner and reception. Offer is not combinable with certain promotions and price discounts. If the majority of the group stays for 3 nights and you have 25 rooms booked, the 25th room is free for 3 nights. Not responsible for errors or omissions. Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts Group Wedding Benefits (way 2, the group contract): 5 to 9 rooms:

If you book a Palace Resort the easy way, no group benefits apply. You simply book your room and wedding. Then you invite your friends and family. We'll handle all their travel reservations and keep you updated as they confirm. Palace Resorts Group Contract Wedding Benefits: 5-9 rooms or 15 room nights
10-19 rooms or 30 room nights
20-24 rooms or 60 room nights
25 + rooms or 75 room nights
Function area will be assigned upon availability and confirmed upon arrival. Complimentary nights will be credited through group contract post travel. Applies to all wedding collections & complimentary package for groups booked with a signed group contract and specific number of rooms. Online bookings do not qualify.
