Remember that Excellence Playa Mujeres requires you to be in Cancun 3 business days prior to do a legal wedding and that the day of arrival counts if you are there by noon. You can arrive on Wednesday by noon and get married on Saturday. Symbolic ceremonies are simpler and easier.
